Insomnia is nothing new to me. Either I stay up all night, or I sleep for two days in a row, only to wake up at 11:00 pm on the evening of the second day. It enrages me because I get nothing accomplished and I stay groggy all day. So, it’s 5:02 am and I’ve been up all night. Let’s see if I can turn this insomnia around for the good.
